Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the iOS application "Dreaming - Live Like a Dream" (the "App"), provided by shantiworks ("we", "us", or "the operator"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Operator

The App is operated by shantiworks, a sole proprietorship.

The Service

The App is a self-coaching tool that generates and adjusts personal affirmations based on your daily answers to short prompts.

Account

Using the App requires signing in via Firebase Authentication using a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Data Handling

How personal information and your answer data are handled is described separately in our Privacy Policy.

Subscription & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription (¥480/month or ¥3800/year, processed via the App Store through RevenueCat). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your App Store subscription settings, before the next renewal date. You will retain access for any period already paid for.

Prohibited Conduct

• Violating applicable law or public order and morals
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Attempting unauthorized access to, or placing undue load on, the App's servers or network
• Infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Any other conduct the operator deems inappropriate

The affirmations and feedback provided by the App are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, or professional counseling. If you are experiencing a health or mental-health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

Minors

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect once posted on this page.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
